Accepting shifts and punctuality: All shifts offered will be a minimum of 4 hours, workers must arrive on time and commit to the full shift as requested the night before they go to work. Workers /staff at times are required to work unsupervised and with sharp tools and equipment. It is essential for your own safety in all situations that you are contactable by phone or that you "at an absolute minimum" are wearing a watch so that you can be directed to return to base or work vehicle at a set known time.

Note: Prospective workers/staff arriving without PPE /a functioning watch or phone will have their shift suspended until they arrive back with their correct equipment.

Understanding risk of working outdoors and with heavy or potentially dangerous equipment:

work ethic: workers must be acclimatised to the tropical environment and be able to sustain and commit to a 4 hour shift. Generally, we prefer to work early mornings or late afternoons but at times conditions may be hot or humid on slopes or uneven ground. Workers must keep hydrated and it is best to bring extra sunscreen and insect repellant.

Pay/invoicing/bonuses/training: Pay is negotiable on the level of skill and demonstrated abilities. We offer bonuses for any staff or worker that links, secures or plays a large part in securing new clientele or refers CPM to contracts that we might not have already been tendering for. Pay hours is to be invoice to us on professional software including ABN on each invoice.Payment will be forwarded to subcontractors via bank transfer which is calculated weekly on Mondays.
